All your reservations in Sardinia will be made under Visit Sardinia® brand and booking contract managed by Luxury Emotions Ltd.

FEE REQUIRED:

  • 200€ planning of full itinerary trips including all services
  • 300€ incentive, groups, events and wedding planning
    The fee will be included in the cost of entire booking

MAKING A RESERVATION

After the itinerary or service is confirmed we will send you an invoice.

A deposit, part or full payment, is required to secure your reservation. No tour or service will be reserved definitely until the deposit is received according the invoice and payment conditions.

  • Please send us the correct information about your booking, check the dates, names and itinerary.
  • Passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the day you arrive at your destination.
  • CONFIRMATION DEPOSIT is required at time of booking, which is calculated depending on tour or service, it is NON-REFUNDABLE since we pay most of services in advance to ensure best quality and availability.
  • The booking can be cancelled without prior notice if the balance is not paid by the deadline and you will forfeit your deposit.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any tour and to decline to accept any person as a participant in a tour.
  • After we will get your deposit, your booking will be fully confirmed, and we will send you an invoice with the amount for the balance of payment.
Cancellation policy and payment conditions are indicated in the confirmed itinerary and invoice.

PRICING

The prices of any trips and services are set out in our written proposal to you before your booking is confirmed.

Prices are quoted in EURO.

The price is inclusive of taxes and where applicable, all additional fees and charges and other costs. In another case all necessary local taxes, fees and additional costs you have to pay on spot, will be indicated in the itinerary and confirmation at the time of booking.

We can include any service not covered in the trip as per your request.

PAYMENTS

Payments must be made in the currency of the invoice and you will be responsible for any bank charges and transaction fees that may be incurred. Payments can be made by bank transfer, debit or credit card. In all cases, a booking will not be confirmed until we are in receipt of cleared funds.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club credit cards. All card payments are encrypted using the internationally accepted security system, SSL. You can pay directly through invoice or the link we’ll send you by mail. Credit card payments in any currency according the invoice + 3% transaction fee above the total amount.

CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUNDS

Cancellation policy depends on your booking conditions, and indicated in each confirmation invoice that you receive after your reservation is confirmed.

If you cancel your tour for any reason including medical or personal reasons, cancellation fees will apply.

  • Administration charge of €100 will be applied in the case of any cancellation.
  • 10% penalty will be applied in the case of any cancellation after the confirmation.
  • 100% penalty for the cancellations 30 days before arrival for standard bookings.
  • 100% penalty for the cancellation 60 days before arrival for the bookings with special conditions.
  • 100% penalty after confirmation in the case of non refundable rate.
  • 100% penalty in the case of no show or early departure.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

It is a necessary condition of booking, that you take out a full travel insurance policy to cover you before, during and after your trip. We will not be responsible for any costs incurred by you or any member of your party before, during or after your trip as a consequence of inappropriate or insufficient travel insurance being purchased.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We may have to make changes or modifications in your proposed trip and may do this at any time and we will advise you of any changes that affect your booking before we issue the booking confirmation.

Occasionally, it is necessary for us to make changes after your booking has been confirmed. We are entitled to make minor changes to your booking provided that we inform you.

If we are constrained by circumstances beyond our control to change significantly services included in your trip, or cannot fulfil your special requirements that we have accepted in your booking confirmation, we will notify you as soon as possible. You may accept the proposed changes or cancel your booking without paying a cancellation fee. If you choose to cancel the booking, you may accept a substitute package where we are able to offer this to you. In the case if some service will not be provided as per confirmation you will get the alternative proposal or full refund for the service.

  • We are not liable for any delay or expense.
  • We are not responsible for losses or additional expense due to accident, delay, weather, strike or cause beyond its control.
  • Travelers must have a valid passport. Your passport must remain valid for at least 6 months from the arrival date. We will not be held responsible for any expenses if passenger is refused entry by any country.
  • We are not liable if passenger decide to withdraw during the tour.
  • We reserve the right to modify the itinerary or substitute hotels if it is necessary and change it for the equal services/accommodation or upgrade.
  • Any unused services during the trip are non-refundable.
  • Guests are obligated to check out attentively trip itinerary, inclusions, conditions and confirmation. They are responsible for the information and details that they provided for the booking.
  • Guest are responsible for their behavior and must follow the rules in the host country.

We will always provide you with appropriate assistance if you are in difficulty.

INFORMATION AND SPECIAL REQUESTS

Please, provide us all the necessary information we need to know to make your trip comfortable and smooth, your satisfaction is our priority.

All general information is always mentioned in the voucher and trip program.

If you have any special requests, such as specific service, dietary requirements, food restricts, specific rooms, health conditions or disability, etc., please, inform us in advance, we will manage it with our suppliers. However, we are unable to guarantee compliance with such requests and are not liable for any loss suffered in the event of such requests not being complied with.

COMPLAINTS

If you perceive any lack of conformity during your trip, please inform us or the supplier (e.g your hotel) immediately who will manage the situation. If your complaint is not resolved locally, please contact us so that we can remedy the problem and make any alternative arrangements that may be necessary. If the problem is still not resolved upon your return, please write to us within 28 days of your return. We will investigate and rectify your complaint at the time the problem occurred.

PRIVACY POLICY

Any and all information submitted to us by you is held in strict confidence. Your name, address, phone number, email address, tour inquiry or purchase information will be used by  us only and not shared with any third parties.
